Okay, fine. Maybe that's not entirely true, but if they could vote for me, I'm sure they would and that's gotta count for something...right?!
In all seriousness, though. I'm forever grateful to have grown up in a house where photography was (and still is) a love language. Not a moment was missed and yet, you still felt as though everyone was present-- even the person behind the camera.
I firmly believe that imagery is our portal into the past. Whether it's a happy time, sad time, or a bittersweet time, I'm forever grateful to have every moment of my life documented from the day I was born until today, and I'm so insanely HONORED to be able to do that for others.
